Sea Salt Brownie Brittle Recipe

Brownie brittle is popular for its crispy, crunchy, wafer-thin texture and rich chocolate flavor. Brownie brittle gives every bite the edge crunch of a brownie pan by spreading a batter thinly before baking.

– 4 tablespoons butter – 1 ounce semisweet chocolate chip – ¼ cup cocoa powder – 2 large egg white – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – ¾ cup granulated sugar – ½ cup all-purpose flour – ¼ teaspoon baking soda – Pinch of salt – 1 teaspoon flaky sea salt

Start oven at 325 F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with silicone or parchment paper. Save. Medium saucepan, low heat, butter melting.
